Welcome to Dance Dynamite. By registering or participating in any of our events, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

Participation is open to students aged 6–15 years (Grade 1 to Grade 10). All participants must submit accurate personal information during registration.

2. Registration

All participants must complete the registration process by the specified deadlines. Incomplete or false information may result in disqualification.

3. Code of Conduct

Participants, parents, and guardians must behave respectfully toward organizers, judges, and fellow participants. Misconduct, abuse, or disruption may lead to disqualification without any refund.

4. Event Changes

Dance Dynamite reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be informed of any changes in advance.

5. Use of Media

By participating, you grant Dance Dynamite the right to use photographs, videos, and other media captured during the event for promotional purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All event content, branding, and materials are the intellectual property of Dance Dynamite. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Liability

Dance Dynamite and its organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage during participation. Parents or guardians assume full responsibility.

8. Disqualification

Any breach of these Terms & Conditions may result in immediate disqualification from the competition.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
